Making the most out of the few remaining days of summer!

A roller coaster.

That was how I felt this day. Today, we went to Enchanted Kingdom. I, @kathangmakata, and two of my college and mountain hiking friends spent one of the last few days of summer at a nearby recreation park. It was totally unexpected because we just came up with the plan earlier this week. And there it happened. Awesome!

We planned to meet at around 10 am but I woke up at around 11 am. As a matter of fact, I wouldn’t be awaken if my friends hadn’t called me because I foolishly set my phone to alarm at 10 pm! Obviously, I was late. I arrived at the park at around 12:50 pm. My friends were already in line for the space shuttle.

When we finally met one another, we decided to take the one with the shortest queue, so went for the Anchors Away. It was really hot at that time as the afternoon sun scorches the land. However, the rain started pouring down the time we sat at the last row of the attraction. The ship waved back and forth as it rains. It was so fun because it was as if we are in the sea and the rain drops are like the waves of the ocean that is hitting us.

We were soaking wet but it’s okay because it was still raining hard and we used it to our advantage. The Jungle Log Jam was our next in line. The moment we arrived at the ride, there were few people in line but they do not want to get wet so they let us pass instead. VIP Pass!

I am not in the mood to tell everything about the ride and everything that happened this day because I am so exhausted but I just want to tell that I had so much fun this day because these people missed me! LOL. And oh, about the roller coaster weather. Yes, I think I’m gonna be sick. Earlier this day, it was so hot then suddenly, it rained so hard, and at around past 2, the sun started heating up the place again! What a fickle-minded bastard you really are, Mr. Weather!

Things like these rarely happens, trust me! Unexpected trips, that’s what I am talking about. Since high school, I am the planner of events in our circle of friends and only few happens. I don’t know what’s the curse with planned events but I gave up in doing them long ago.

So yes, I think I am really making the most out of the last few days of my summer because after arriving at home, my father told me not to stay up late tonight because we are leaving early tomorrow. I asked him why and where are we going, and he told me that we are going tomorrow to Tagaytay to take a vacation! Oh yea, that’s life, baby! Hey, YOLO! :)

You’re all missing the point. This isn’t math. Rather it’s metaphysics, or the existence of our being. Theoretically speaking, Jack isn’t a person. Jack exists in all of us. We are Jack. Jack is all of us. Every single one of us. In each inept part of our being, our existence, Jack lives. Forgotten and ignored, yet he exists in our never ending subconscious. The question, rather, is how many stickers do we all have?
